Put AI to work in your business. Properly.

We're operators who've run AI at the frontier — and run operations through earthquakes, typhoons and government departments. Now we help firms like yours adopt AI that actually pays for itself. No hype. No jargon. Practical results.

For law firms, builders, professional services — and any business ready to put AI to work properly.

Frontier experience — AI operations for the world's top AI labs Operator-led — the people you meet are the people who do the work Independent — we never take vendor commissions

What we do

Three ways in. Each one earns its keep.

Every engagement starts with where the hours and the margin actually go — not with a tool someone wants to sell you.

01

AI Opportunity Audit

Transform

How could AI transform your business? We dig into how it actually runs, find where AI can genuinely shift the dial, and tell you the truth about what you need and when — what's worth paying for, what you could build yourself, and what's not worth doing at all. You don't need to buy everything. We'll show you why.

02

AI Build Programme

Build

Building AI into your business. A few focused hours working out where AI can shift things most, real options on the table — you pick. Then we run the programme with you, embedded in your business, your team trained to own it. One thing done properly beats ten pilots that die in a slide deck.

03

AI Advisory Retainer

Stay ahead

Your fractional AI lead. We keep you ahead of what's changing, vet the vendors so you don't have to, and make sure what we built keeps earning. Senior judgement on tap — without the senior hire.

NZ businesses

The government may cover half. MBIE's AI Advisory Pilot co-funds up to 50% of AI advisory costs — to a maximum of $15,000 — for eligible New Zealand small and medium businesses. We'll tell you if you qualify.

How we work

Clarity first. Everything else follows.

The name is the promise. Eastlight is about seeing the whole landscape clearly — and that's where we start: understanding how your business actually runs, before a single dollar goes to technology.

Process first, technology second

The win is almost never the shiniest tool. It's the unglamorous workflow quietly eating twenty hours of your team's week. We find that first.

Tools must earn their place

We recommend what works for your business, and nothing else. If a platform, workflow or custom build is part of the answer, it has to justify the cost.

Built for firms, not Fortune 500s

Law firms, builders, professional services — and any business that needs AI to pay for itself. The big consultancies aren't built for you. We are.

Kind words

Don't take our word for it.

Working with Jenny was such a breeze. She found the problems fast, explained exactly what we needed to do in plain English, and I knew what was going on the whole way through. The results speak for themselves.

Catherine · Managing Partner, law firm

Rachel just gets how a business actually runs. Within weeks she'd found what was quietly eating our margin and built a fix our team uses every single day. No drama, just results.

Melissa · Director, construction company

No hype, no jargon. Eastlight told us what was worth doing — and, just as importantly, what wasn't. Six months on, the numbers back them up.

Greg · Owner, professional services firm

Jenny has run operations with teams of up to 500 people and budgets of $80M, across more than twenty countries on five continents. She is the co-author of Do Bigger Things (Fast Company Press) and founded a six-country innovation network — built from zero, with $10M raised along the way.

In AI, Jenny has been a founder herself — taking an AI product from idea to launch in sixteen weeks — built an AI education business, and advises AI companies and philanthropists on strategy and scaling. Her speciality: turning chaos into systems that work.
